A1: Sample orders take 3-5 days, and bulk orders take 10-15 days after order confirmation. We can expedite the process based on your specific project requirements.
A2: The minimum order quantity is 1 piece. We accept both sample-based processing and drawing-based processing (supports IGS, STP, STL formats).
A3: We attach great importance to customer privacy. Your drawings will not be divulged, and we accept signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if needed.
A4: Our quality control system includes three key steps: full-size inspection before mass production, 3-hour sampling checks during production, and 100% random inspections before shipping. A professional QC team oversees the entire process.
A5: For orders ≤5000USD, full payment is required in advance. For orders ≥5000USD, 50% T/T in advance and the balance paid before shipment.
